HEXAD COCKPIT
Concept layout for a six-mind AI racing overlay on top of a standard SF-23 chassis. All teams share identical hardware; Hexad’s advantage lives in the intelligence and UI.

Gradient shell
Magenta → cyan → mint livery = Hexad visual identity.
No aero advantage; only helps humans instantly spot “our” car.
Hexad pods
Each pod = one AI mind. Rings can later encode load, confidence or alert level.
Arrangement keeps the “six-mind” motif visible even in tiny thumbnails.
Sensor arcs
Front arc = primary perception cone (cameras + lidar focus).
Rear arc = radar / rear cameras / rear-facing risk envelope.
Spec Summary
Designed for pit-wall screens, engineering HUDs, and broadcast overlays — not a human driver dashboard.
Visual Language
- Dark cosmic base with neon accents: magenta, cyan, mint.
- Soft checkered texture in the background = subtle racing cue.
- Circles & rings to represent minds, confidence and safety envelopes.
- Everything readable at a glance from 1–2 metres away.
Data Layers
- Layer 1 · Static: car outline, sensor arcs, track lane.
- Layer 2 · Telemetry: speed, throttle, brake, steering traces.
- Layer 3 · Hexad: live calls (“box now”, “defend P3”, “energy save”).
- Layer 4 · Safety: yellow/red zones, anomalies, degraded sensors.
Usage Contexts
- Pit wall operators monitoring race state and AI decisions.
- Replay tools for engineers post-session.
- Broadcast graphics & Hexad-branded on-screen explanations.
- Visual anchor in AI Racing Academy & tech talks.
Design Constraints
- All A2RL cars share identical hardware; UI must reflect this parity.
- No “hidden” features: every control loop and decision visible somewhere in the stack.
- Scales from laptop screen to LED wall without redesign.
- Everything exportable as vector for future brand work.
Treat this poster as a living spec: designers can iterate on colors, typography, and density while keeping the core idea intact — six visible minds orbiting a shared, identical chassis, where the only real advantage is intelligence and coordination.
